    Still looking for someone who knows of a resource that will help me with my diopter for a Chinon 60XL super 8.

    The glass lens in the diopter has a chip in it and the whole assembly is not complete. It will screw out and in but will not tighten because part of the eyepiece is busted. This camera came without a manual and I don't know if you adjust the diopter with a thumb wheel or just screw it in and out. Looking through the diopter once it is in the camera, the view is still out of focus.
